Cost

The total cost of this project is $2300.

Round 1 Earlybird: $2100 if deposit paid by January 31st, 2026

Round 2 Earlybird: $2200 if deposit paid by April 30th, 2026.

How to secure your spot

1. The first step is to contact us via email.

2. Pay your deposit of $500 to secure your place

3. Final payment due by 30th June 2026

Once we have had a conversation to ensure the project is right for you, we will send you details on how to make payments.

We are happy to make arrangements for an incremental payment plan if needed.

‘The fine print’

All deposits are non-refundable (except if the trip has to be canceled.)
Final payments are to be received by 30th June, or risk losing place (contact us to arrange a payment plan).
No refund will be given after July 30th for a change of mind.
If you need to withdraw your place due to extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to provide a partial refund if we can find someone to take your place. (This is not guaranteed).
If we need to postpone or cancel the walk, all participants will be offered a full refund.
This is not a commercial venture but rather an annual not-for-profit community project run with the support of the Bellingen Community Arts Council.
